At synlab Holding, responsible for marketing, public relations, brand management, internal and external communications.

With synlab since 2003 as technical director. Previously in engineering sales around the globe. Since 1993 , service engineer in laboratory diagnostics, and later technical director of a product group in one of the major diagnostic enterprises. At the synlab Holding, responsible for the departments of office and communication technology and medical engineering.

Head of Group Finance & Controlling
Graduate in business management, master of economics, tax consultant and auditor. With synlab since 2011. Previously for seven years with a Big4 auditing company in the audit and audit-related consulting department, last as client manager with mandate responsibility. At synlab, responsible for corporate accounting and treasury as well as controlling for the international companies.

Acting as head of legal departments for various international companies that were often listed on the stock exchange. Since 2010, as head of the legal department responsible for contracting and all other legal agendas of the synlab group in over 20 countries.
Head of Logistics
With synlab since 2007. Reference to healthcare through examinations in nursing and geriatric care. Vehicle valuations in a leasing company, then takeover and structuring of the synlab vehicle fleet management while heading the department of material management at the same time. Since 2010, as authorized logistics officer responsible for the intelligent connection of the synlab sites.
Head of M&A
Graduate of business administration, with synlab since 2010. Previously, ten years of activities in the fields of private equity and M&A in Germany and abroad, including conclusion of numerous corporate transactions in various markets and business sectors. Responsible for the management of corporate acquisitions and strategic issues within the synlab group.

Head of Human Resources
With synlab since January 2010. After his studies of business administration at the University of Saarland, employed with Siemens for 22 years in various functions in the areas of sales and HR. Experienced in the areas of integration and acquisition, strong in communications, both at home and abroad. At synlab, responsible for all HR matters.

With the former Futurelab since 2007, previously operations manager in the Czech Republic and Hungary, and at last commercial director of the central Munich laboratory. At the synlab Holding , responsible for central purchasing and material management, as well as member of the executive board in Italy.

Head of Process and Data Managament
With synlab since 2009. Worked at various companies in the healthcare sector, last with KVB as head of internal business development and controlling. At synlab responsible for process and data management, central invoicing and the operative purchasing.
Head of Information Technology
Master of business and computer science, with synlab since 2007. Long-standing experience in the areas of IT and service management, gathered in specialist and key functions with international companies. Last with a US software company responsible for the implementation of product support and for supporting development teams in 27 countries. As CIO of the synlab group, responsible for the area of information technology.
