Quality is mandatory in German medical practices. By the end of 2010, doctor and team must implement a Quality Management System (QMS) of their choice. The practice is even free to create its own QMS as long as it complies with the requirements of the QM guideline. Certification is not compulsory as yet, but is under discussion for the coming years.

Avoid duplication of efforts and having to switch to another QM system later. We support you during the introduction of a QMS and help you implement the guideline such that you

• fulfil the requirements of the simultaneously applicable laws, e.g. Infection Protection Act, Federal Data Protection Act;
• can continue to use your existing documentation;
• will be able to integrate the existing structures and procedures into the QM system.
