What inspired your research and what did it cover?

The inspiration comes from the passion and curiosity that I have been dedicating to this activity for about 10 years. On their own, research and experimentation, and the analysis and cross-comparison of data can only provide limited insights into the biological mechanisms of a disease. But their integration may provide a holistic understanding of the molecular dynamics underlying the pathophysiology of diseases. This gives me the impulse and enthusiasm to do better and better.

Which aspect(s) of your research work are you particularly excited about?

Actually, all of it. Figuratively speaking, I think that even a small result is like one brick in the foundation of a skyscraper, a contribution to knowledge. It is not uncommon for small results and collaborations with other colleagues to lead to excellent works. In the end, any contribution to science, small or large, allows us to perform another step toward innovation and progress.

Looking at the potential of your findings, what difference can they make?

The possibility of improving people's quality of life must be a common goal in the scientific community and beyond, and I am glad to contribute to that.
