The members of the SYNLAB Executive Board manage the company on their own responsibility and represent it in public. They steer the operative business, set the strategic course and define the guidelines. They also regularly inform the SYNLAB Supervisory Board about all matters relevant to the company.

The 12 members of the SYNLAB supervisory board combine competence and experience from many areas of the economy. They are a team of experienced managers, trade union officials, works council representatives and employees. The supervisory board's main task is to monitor and advise the SYNLAB board. In addition, it is directly involved in all important decisions affecting the future of SYNLAB.
