SYNLAB expanding testing capacities to meet increasing demand in Europe for SARS-CoV-2 testing

  • Over the course of the past six months, SYNLAB has been responding to requests for testing from different EU countries.

SYNLAB, the leading medical diagnostic services provider in Europe, announces an additional large-scale increase in testing capacities throughout the entire SYNLAB network to continue to effectively meet the increasing demand locally and from fellow European countries for SARS-CoV-2 testing.

Mathieu Floreani, CEO of SYNLAB Group, underlines SYNLAB’s efforts to continuously increase SARS-CoV-2 testing capacities: “As Europe’s leading medical diagnostic services provider, SYNLAB is at the forefront of fighting the coronavirus. Recently, SYNLAB entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to provide increasing capacities for SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR testing.
